Psychology Today says theres a loneliness epidemic. is that true? #podcast #interview #raceofyourown

Thought Leader Chris Denson says there is a common thread amongst men that there may be a loneliness epidemic. According to a study Psychology Today did in December 2023 they mentioned that "As before in the 2019 survey, it was younger people who were lonelier than older folks: 79 percent of Gen Z and 71 percent of millennials versus 50 percent of boomers."
